Everything was great, courteous staff, ideal location close enough to Merida and the centre. Nicely furnished units with ac. There were good eggs and toast in the morning. Centro de Merida district won't disappoint you.

Our favourite hotel in Merida, staff was excellent friendly. The lobby was impressive and perfectly clean. Had very pretty room with AC, an extra single bed, for instance for a fun stay. They provided lots of delightful choices for breakfast that was included.

The view was absolutely stunning and the breakfast was varied! We stayed in the deluxe double room and loved it. Golden beach near the place. Simple check-in too. This tropical hotel was worth a visit, great value.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

deluxe hotel, we enjoyed it. not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. the deluxe king room had everything you need, climate control, a laptop-size safe and ironing facilities. moreover, we could park our car on site. nothing to complain about, we would want to stay there again if in merida.
Everything was spot on!
